Working days are from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days.
Once production is completed, each ordered item is individually prepared for shipment and sent to the address you specify. Orders cannot be grouped for shipment. Shipping to a parcel depot or automatic distribution point is not possible.
Please note that additional delays may occur when processing import operations. For deliveries to hard-to-reach or island destinations, delivery time may be extended by up to 4 additional working days. Similarly, for very heavy or bulky shipments (e.g., pallet deliveries), delivery time may also be extended by up to 4 additional working days.
All shipments are made in a climate-neutral manner. Our transport service providers ensure this through internal measures to reduce CO₂ emissions and by compensating remaining emissions through climate projects certified under the emissions trading system.
