These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Quickprint LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Quickprint LLC reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in CHF and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full before shipment.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimated. Quickprint LLC is not responsible for delays caused by transport providers, customs, or unforeseen events.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. In case of defects or mistakes on our part, Quickprint LLC will provide a replacement or refund.
Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and printed materials remain the property of Quickprint LLC until full payment is received. Customers must have the legal right to use any content they submit for printing.
Liability
Quickprint LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for direct damages is limited to the order value.
Privacy
Customer data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Disputes shall be settled by the courts in Basel.
